As to be expected I guess, we won't be closing tomorrow on the new house - new closing date is set for next Friday. (the 7th) We are excited & can't wait! Slowly but surely, plans are coming together & it'll be fun to see the project take form.
Some of our favorite things about living at my parents these past few weeks are:
*Time with my parents & the kids having time with their grandparents
*"On-site" babysitting when we've been in a jam or need to run an errand after the kids are asleep :)
*The view(s).... Ken describes it like a mix of Tuscany with the NW palouse.
*It's roomy -- we are super fortunate to have the basement level all to ourselves with the kids, which has been a huge blessing!
*.. and a last quick tid bit that I've enjoyed; getting to play the piano after months and months and months (maybe years?) of not playing regularly
Mom & Dad have been wonderful & sooooooo good to us. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! We love you guys more than you know...
