winter fun at home

About this time of year - every year, it seems (when you're in this part of the country & have kids) it feels like cabin fever starts to set in a bit. We're all looking forward to more time outdoors as the weather starts to warm up a bit. As in, to the 40's - maybe 50's if we're lucky. The kids get creative at finding ways to have fun indoors though... they love crawling in & out of totes & boxes. And Jack is really into pretending to be a superhero lately too. (Maggie, on the other hand, prefers to wear princess attire and dress up in tutus and ruffles.) Logan is always entertained by his big brother & sister! :) As for us, Ken started training on Monday & is loving it so far. We've almost wrapped up all remaining house projects before we're ready for the move. (I think the plan - as of now - is to try and rent out this house, rather than try and sell... we'll see. God always knows best so we'll continue to pray about it.) Looking forward to posting again soon & for those that have blogs we follow --- I love reading your updates! :) Hugs from us 5...
My two little tote-riders :) (Logan is almost 9months, Maggie 3.5yrs)

Superhero Jack sportin' his VBS cape from last Summer & night vision goggles from Christmas ;)

Maggie loves to get Jack to dance with her -- like the handsome prince does with Cinderella ;)
